As a patient of CRPS I am privileged to have the opportunity to present my case history to first year medical students. The purpose of this presentation is to expose medical students to this rare and complex disease from a first-hand experience in the hopes that future physicians will quickly be able to identify this rare condition. This presentation, based on the Budapest Criteria will include medical history, diagnosis, symptoms and challenges, including experiences with physicians both good and bad. Videos and photos of skin changes and sequential experience will help educate our future medical community on this most painful, complex, chronic, incurable disease.
